House rules/information for tenants
Dear Guest,
We warmly welcome you to our holiday accommodation and hope you have a relaxing holiday here. Our experience has shown that certain rules regarding the use of the inventory and the behavior of our guests are helpful in making your stay with us as carefree as possible and avoiding any potential misunderstandings in advance.
General principles:
House rules
The landlord is liable for the proper provision of the rental property within the scope of the due diligence of a prudent businessperson. Liability for any failures or disruptions in the water or electricity supply, as well as events and consequences caused by force majeure, is hereby excluded. The landlord is only liable for items brought onto the premises by the guest within the scope of the statutory provisions.
Inventory & Damages
We kindly ask you to treat our inventory with care and to put used dishes away clean and dry in the cupboards. Damage to furniture and furnishings does occur and is often easily repaired. Please inform us immediately of any damage. Generally, tenants and accompanying persons are liable for such damage and are responsible for appropriate replacement or reimbursement. In the case of minor damage, we will decide on a case-by-case basis.
Noise levels & quiet hours
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the noise level in your holiday accommodation down, especially regarding music, etc. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm.
Visitors
Your visitors are welcome to stay in our holiday accommodation for short periods. However, it is not permitted to allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in good time so that we can prepare the accommodation accordingly.
Smoke
pets
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our holiday accommodation. Please use the designated outdoor area for smoking only.
Pets are welcome in our holiday accommodation by prior arrangement. Please note, however, that you are responsible for cleaning up any damage or soiling caused by your pet and must inform us accordingly.
Security & Valuables
Before leaving the holiday apartment, please always close all windows and the front door and make sure to switch off all electronic devices. We accept no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
Waste separation
We ask you to separate your household waste in the existing containers in the accommodation according to the handover instructions and to sort it into the waste containers located in front of the house/in the shed.
cleaning
Despite the agreed final cleaning, the entire rental property must be left tidy, neat and swept clean.
The kitchen itself, especially all kitchen utensils, appliances, drawers, cabinets, refrigerators and freezers, must be left absolutely hygienically clean and tidy. Food scraps must be removed.
Should you, as the tenant, not find the rental property in a tidy and clean condition upon arrival, please inform us immediately so that we can quickly remedy the situation and invoice the previous occupants for the additional effort.
Arrival & Departure
Your holiday accommodation will be available from 4:00 PM on your arrival day. Departure is by 11:00 AM after inspection of the accommodation and return of keys and security deposit.
Key
We will provide you with two keys to your accommodation and ask you to treat them with care. Please inform us immediately if you lose a key.

Environment
We care about the environment, and we hope you do too. Therefore, please switch off the lights and all electronic devices when they are not in use. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you!
